About the process.
Do I need to give you my password?
No. Every platform has a way to add us as a collaborator with our own login: an Administrator user on WordPress, a collaborator request on Shopify, a site collaborator on Wix or Squarespace. We remove our access when the job is done.
What if nothing is wrong with my site?
Then the report says so. There is nothing to buy, and we don't invent problems to sell a fix.
Can everything be fixed on every platform?
Almost everything on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and hand-built sites. Wix and Squarespace limit what can be done about speed. Where a fix isn't possible on your platform, the report says so and we quote a rebuild instead.
What happens if a fix doesn't work?
Every fix is re-checked on all three screens before we call it done. If a check still fails, we keep working on it at no extra cost. Full details in our refund policy.
